Suppressor mounting assistance

Confirm the interface before attachment.

Compatibility-first mounting support for customers with a lawfully possessed suppressor, a known host firearm, and an attachment system that deserves a careful review.

Every connection matters

A mount is only correct when the full system agrees.

Barrel threads, shoulder geometry, muzzle device, adapter, suppressor model, caliber rating, and manufacturer requirements must work together. A familiar-looking connection is not enough.

Range 313 begins with exact part identification and condition review, then confirms the assistance that is appropriate for the equipment and current service capabilities.

Compatibility-first mounting support

Approved equipment, deliberate service

Attach only after compatibility is established.

Suppressor mounting assistance is for a defined host-and-suppressor combination, whether the system uses direct threads, a compatible muzzle device, a piston assembly, or another manufacturer-supported interface.

The service scope is confirmed at intake. Mounting help does not replace required legal possession, manufacturer restrictions, specialized repair, or live-fire evaluation when one of those is separately needed.

Service details

What mounting assistance may include.

No attachment begins until the host, suppressor, and every component between them can be identified and reviewed.

01

System intake

Document the host firearm, caliber, barrel, suppressor model, intended attachment method, and provided components.

02

Interface review

Check relevant threads, shoulder, muzzle device, adapter, piston, or other attachment surfaces for fit and condition.

03

Specification check

Compare model markings and available manufacturer requirements for rating, hardware, and mounting method.

04

Approved assistance

Complete only the mounting support accepted for the verified system and current service scope.

05

Owner handoff

Review what was completed, basic inspection points, removal or maintenance expectations, and any remaining concern.

Identify, inspect, confirm

A mounting path with no mystery parts.

Bring the entire intended interface. Missing adapters, uncertain model names, or undocumented components can stop the service until compatibility is confirmed.

01 / Document

Name every component

Record the exact firearm, barrel, suppressor, mount, device, piston, adapter, and relevant caliber.

02 / Inspect

Review the interfaces

Examine accessible connection surfaces and component condition before accepting mounting work.

03 / Confirm

Check compatibility

Use markings and current manufacturer information to verify the intended attachment path.

04 / Assist

Complete and explain

Perform the agreed support, then explain the result and any separate inspection or validation needed.

Know the attachment path

Direct thread or mounted interface?

The correct process depends on how the suppressor manufacturer designed that specific model to connect to the host.

  • Suitable barrel shoulder
  • Approved caliber and barrel length
  • Manufacturer attachment method

Device-mounted system

Before you visit

Suppressor mounting FAQs.

Call before visiting. Exact model names and photographs of markings can help identify whether an in-person review is appropriate.

Can every suppressor mount on every threaded barrel?+

No. Matching-looking threads do not establish full compatibility. Caliber and barrel restrictions, shoulder geometry, bore relationship, adapters, muzzle devices, host operation, and manufacturer requirements can also matter.

Can I bring my suppressor to Range 313?+

Call first. You must be legally permitted to possess and transport it, and you must follow current law plus Range 313 intake instructions for every firearm and regulated item.

Is alignment verification automatically included?+

Do not assume it is. The checks and tools appropriate to each system vary. Confirm the exact inspection, mounting, and validation scope when the service is accepted.

Will you mount an unidentified adapter or device?+

The team may decline or pause service when a component cannot be confidently identified, is visibly damaged, or lacks enough reliable compatibility information.

Does mounting assistance include live-fire testing?+

No. Live-fire testing is not automatically included. Range availability, ammunition, owner participation, system condition, and a separately agreed service may all affect any range validation.
