Compatibility consultation

Map every interface before you buy.

A component-by-component consultation for customers matching a suppressor to one or more host firearms, mounting systems, and intended uses.

Compatibility is a chain

One overlooked specification can change the whole setup.

Suppressor rating, bore size, barrel length limits, host caliber, thread pattern, shoulder, muzzle device, adapter, and operating system are related decisions—not an interchangeable list of parts.

Range 313 helps trace that chain with exact model information so you can see what is known, what remains uncertain, and what the relevant manufacturer must confirm.

Complete-system compatibility review

Specific equipment, specific answers

Replace assumptions with a compatibility map.

A compatibility consultation is most useful before purchasing a mount, adapter, muzzle device, barrel, or suppressor—or when parts from different systems are already on the bench.

The review focuses on available specifications and the intended configuration. It is not a certification, legal determination, gunsmithing inspection, or guarantee of function for a system that has not been physically evaluated and appropriately tested.

Service details

What a compatibility review may include.

The more exact the information, the more useful the consultation. Generic product families can contain materially different variants.

01

Use-case intake

Define intended hosts, calibers, shooting priorities, mounting preferences, and whether one suppressor may serve multiple firearms.

02

Equipment inventory

List exact firearm, barrel, suppressor, muzzle device, adapter, piston, spacer, and mount models already owned or considered.

03

Rating review

Compare available manufacturer information for caliber, barrel length, ammunition, attachment method, and maintenance limits.

04

Interface map

Trace how barrel threads and shoulder connect through each required device or adapter to the suppressor.

05

Gap summary

Identify unresolved specifications, incompatible elements, missing components, and the safest next source or service to consult.

From parts list to system map

Resolve compatibility in four steps.

A useful consultation documents each interface separately, then reconnects them into the actual configuration you intend to use.

01 / Define

Set the configuration

Name each host, caliber, suppressor, use case, and attachment preference being considered.

02 / Inventory

Capture exact models

Use product markings, packaging, manuals, and current manufacturer information to remove ambiguity.

03 / Compare

Trace every interface

Review ratings, threads, shoulders, devices, adapters, and host considerations as one connected system.

04 / Resolve

Plan the next move

Separate confirmed matches from open questions, unsuitable combinations, and work requiring physical inspection.

Match the scope to the goal

One host or a multi-host plan?

A single known setup can be reviewed narrowly. Sharing one suppressor across firearms adds more interfaces and tradeoffs.

Single-host review

One defined configuration

  • Exact firearm and barrel
  • One intended suppressor
  • One attachment path
  • Focused component list

Multi-host review

An ecosystem plan

  • Multiple calibers and hosts
  • Rating across every firearm
  • Mount consistency choices
  • Adapters and maintenance tradeoffs

Before you visit

Compatibility consultation FAQs.

Exact markings, model numbers, manuals, and manufacturer links are more useful than product-family names or appearance alone.

Can one suppressor work on multiple firearms?+

Sometimes, but every host must independently satisfy the suppressor and mount manufacturer's caliber, barrel, thread, attachment, and operating requirements. A multi-host plan may also require different devices or adapters.

Is matching thread pitch enough?+

No. Threads are only one interface. Shoulder geometry, bore relationship, caliber and barrel restrictions, mount design, suppressor rating, host condition, and manufacturer instructions can all matter.

What information should I bring?+

Bring exact host, barrel, caliber, suppressor, muzzle device, adapter, and mount names or part numbers. Clear photographs of markings, manuals, receipts, or product links can help.

Can the consultation guarantee safe function?+

No. A desk review cannot replace physical inspection, manufacturer confirmation, correct installation, appropriate pre-use checks, or any separately required validation.

Does compatibility mean the setup is legal for me?+

No. Technical compatibility and legal compliance are different. Confirm current possession, transfer, transport, configuration, and use requirements through official authorities or qualified counsel.
